Product Manager

DB Roberts is seeking a Product Manager to support product managers and sales teams. The role focuses on operational activities that drive product-line sales and margin growth, including supplier coordination, pricing and contract maintenance, quote support, system data management, and special projects.

What you'll do:

• Maintain knowledge of supplier policies, procedures, contacts, and products
• Respond to standard price and delivery requests from sales and product teams
• Load, maintain, update, and renew supplier contracts
• Process cross reference requests from sales and Product Managers
• Manage sample requests and related documentation
• Load parts and maintain accurate system data
• Support literature, specifications, and supplier print requests
• Conduct distributor stock checks and part searches
• Support quote requests with timely and accurate responses
• Assist with opportunity tracker administration
• Become trained on Quote Accelerator functionality, including managing quotes, maintaining related documentation, tracking requests, communicating status updates, supporting contract and pricing renewals, and assisting Product Managers with special projects
• Update supplier pricing, lead times, and bill of materials templates
