About this role
EPAM Systems is seeking a Product Manager to help shape and deliver mobile retail experiences by balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. The role involves partnering with a cross-functional team to validate ideas, prioritize work, and improve outcomes through data-informed decisions.
What you'll do:
- Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with goals and timelines
- Partner with a cross-functional team of 3–5 to drive product delivery
- Act as Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner alongside the client Product Manager or Product Owner
- Elicit and document clear requirements to guide development execution
- Validate product ideas through MVP definition and A/B testing plans
- Analyze product metrics to make data-informed prioritization decisions
- Integrate stakeholder feedback to refine features and improve user experience
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to support delivery and dependencies
- Adapt plans to resource constraints and changing requirements while protecting milestones
- Lead customer, UX, and market research to uncover opportunities and inform direction
What they're looking for:
- 1+ years of product management experience with mobile applications
- Experience validating product ideas through MVPs and A/B testing
- Stakeholder management experience across cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Product ownership experience as Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of product metrics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholders
- Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
- Product design skills to collaborate effectively on UX decisions
- Product visioning experience to help define outcomes and narratives
- UX research qualitative methods to gather and synthesize user insights
- UX research quantitative methods to interpret behavioral data and trends
