Product Manager — Digital Commerce

Gallup is an analytics and advisory organization serving clients through research, data, and advice. The Product Manager will shape digital commerce products by translating customer needs and business opportunities into engaging purchasing experiences, managing road maps, prioritizing initiatives, analyzing performance, and coordinating cross-functional launches.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain product road maps that connect customer needs with business goals
• Define problems, desired outcomes and priorities, guiding initiatives from discovery through launch
• Partner with research and business stakeholders to gather insights, discover opportunities and inform product direction
• Use customer insights, product data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make informed product decisions and evaluate performance
• Collaborate with engineering and design to balance customer value, business needs, technical feasibility and user experience
• Test and validate ideas through pilots, A/B testing, phased rollouts and other experimentation
• Communicate product decisions, progress and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing, sales and other partners to successfully launch products and features

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business, product management or a related field, or equivalent experience, required
• At least one year of experience in product management, product ownership, technical product management or a related product delivery role required
• Foundational understanding of software development and technology concepts required
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Omaha office at least three days per week required
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
• Experience with e-commerce, digital commerce, online purchasing journeys or conversion optimization preferred
• Experience with product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing or product measurement preferred
