About this role
Tessera Labs is redefining how enterprises adopt and operationalize Artificial Intelligence. They are seeking a Product Manager Intern who will work directly with product, engineering, design, and leadership teams to help shape the future of AI-powered enterprise automation.
What you'll do:
- Support product discovery efforts through customer research, competitive analysis, and market insights
- Partner with engineers and designers to define product requirements and user experiences
- Help translate customer needs into product specifications and user stories
- Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in roadmap planning, sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional product discussions
- Assist with feature launches, documentation, and go-to-market planning
- Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their potential application to enterprise workflows
- Take ownership of a project or product area and present recommendations to company leadership
What they're looking for:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or MBA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Economics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity about AI, enterprise software, and technology products
- Ability to break down ambiguous problems and think systematically
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Prior internship experience in product management, consulting, software engineering, design, or a related field
- Experience conducting user research or analyzing data
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS products, or enterprise software
- Technical background or ability to communicate effectively with engineers
