Product Manager Project Intern (Business Integrity) - 2026 Start (MBA)

TikTok is a short-form mobile video platform whose mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. The Business Integrity Product Manager Project Intern will help develop ethical advertising and risk-control solutions, analyze user feedback and data, and collaborate with engineering, data science, operations, and policy teams.

What you'll do:

• Define business problems, goals and product solutions of TikTok ads Integrity that keeps our users from violated ads
• Be responsible for building risk control strategy platform that enable the team to improve the risk detection and enforcement capabilities
• Learn from users' feedback, case analysis and measurements to find new opportunities
• Continuously incorporate cross-functional teams and drive the team's success

What they're looking for:

• - Currently pursuing a MBA degree
• - Experience building backend platform or tooling products
• - Experience working side-by-side with engineers
• - Experience synthesizing data both quantitative and qualitative to inform product decisions
• - Available to work at least three days per week under a hybrid arrangement in San Jose office
• - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• - Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as Chinese-speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration and market expansion
• - Preferred experience in product management, having launched a product from 0-1
• - Outstanding interpersonal skills communicating both in person and in writing
• - Ability to influence without authority
• - Intellectual humility, honesty and curiosity
