Product Marketing & Business Development Co-op

Arrowstreet Capital is a systematic investment firm managing global equity portfolios for institutional investors. The Product Marketing & Business Development Co-op will support institutional marketing reporting and content workflows, maintain marketing and data platforms, document processes, and contribute to automation and process improvement efforts.

What you'll do:

• Support recurring reporting cycles through data updates, quality checks, production tasks, and documentation
• Build familiarity with compliance considerations for institutional marketing materials
• Assist in maintaining marketing and data platforms to support content, reporting, organization, and distribution
• Assist in documenting workflows, procedures, and best practices to support repeatable processes
• Assist with ongoing automation efforts by identifying and contributing to manual workflows

What they're looking for:

• Strong academic record in an undergraduate program focusing in finance, business or related discipline; additional technical academic background in computer science, data science, and/or engineering is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail and possession of strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interest in learning and exposure to the asset management industry
• Interest in process improvement and using data and technology to solve business problems
• Demonstrated interest in or experience with programming, relational databases, or data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel VBA) is a plus
• Completion of a previous internship or co-op experience is a plus
• Interest in business intelligence and data visualization technologies (Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau etc.) is a plus
