Product Marketing Intern

Allied Solutions, LLC is seeking a Product Marketing Intern for its 12-week internship program. The intern will support sales enablement material production, design coordination, campaign management, reporting, and internal team support while gaining hands-on marketing experience.

What you'll do:

• Work with internal teams to produce content or content enhancements to new and existing sales collateral
• Work with our external design agency to brand sales collateral in the design style consistent with Allied’s Brand Guidelines
• Support the updating of product descriptions across print and digital media including Allied’s corporate website
• Assist with data management in campaign deployment and ongoing management
• Assist with campaign tracking and reporting
• Ensure messaging is consistent across all platforms used in a campaign workflow
• Support updates to the campaign planning tool
• Other duties as assigned

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong decision making and organizational skills required
• Strong drive for results with a proven track record of achievement
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Familiarity with Microsoft office products, with ability to learn internal systems
• Strong attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple support functions
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others
• Proven track record of dependability and reliability
• Ability to acknowledge and respect confidential information
