Product Owner Intern - AI Venture Studio

EPL Group is seeking an entrepreneurial Product Owner Intern to support AI-powered venture studio projects. The role focuses on researching opportunities, defining MVP concepts and requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate and test new products.

What you'll do:

• Research markets, customer problems, competitors, and AI opportunities
• Participate in ideation and evaluate new venture concepts
• Define MVP scope, user journeys, workflows, and product requirements
• Create user stories, feature specifications, and product roadmaps
• Work with AI engineers, developers, designers, and venture builders
• Support customer discovery, validation, prototyping, and MVP testing
• Explore how AI agents, LLMs, automation, and SaaS can improve business workflows
• Contribute across multiple venture projects

• Strong interest in **AI, startups, SaaS, product management, and entrepreneurship**
• Analytical, curious, structured, and highly proactive
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and moving quickly
• Strong communication and research skills
• Basic understanding of software/product development
• **Must be currently located in the United States.**
• Experience with AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms (Lovable or similar), startups, or side projects is a plus
