Product & Solutions Analyst

Deutsche Bank is a global financial institution that embraces innovation and collaboration. The Product & Solutions Analyst role supports trust officers in managing trust and estate accounts, including account opening, maintenance, and closing, while collaborating with private bankers and portfolio management. The position involves client communication, document review, and estate settlement functions.

What you'll do:

• Prepare Deutsche Bank Force cases for transaction processing and account maintenance
• Assist officers in preparation of client communication and internal memorandum and research and remedy client inquiries and issues
• Review tax, accounting, and legal court documentation
• Prepare and analyze information for trust officer
• Interface with clients and attorneys regarding account management
• Perform all functions of estate settlement

What they're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree required
• General understanding of trusts & estates and excellent Microsoft skills
• Ability to handle sensitive materials and information with discretion
• Excellent interpersonal skills; well-developed oral and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize work, demonstrating flexibility when handling multiple tasks and timely decision making
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team
• Finance/ Business Management preferred
