Product Specialist - Accountancy

Sage is seeking a Product Specialist to support deployment and adoption of Sage Intacct Advisory among accountancy firms. The role works with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to understand customer needs and develop practical product solutions, including through AI-enabled workflows.

What you'll do:

• Build and manage product configurations that Sage owns and take ownership of selected features in partnership with Product Managers
• Participate in customer meetings to understand business workflows, identify pain points, and discover opportunities for improvement
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation while leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and accelerate delivery
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate customer feedback into user stories and functional requirements
• Work cross-functionally to track progress, resolve issues, support rollouts, and gather post-launch feedback

• Experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, implementation, or a related field; internships and project work are also valued
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Understanding of product development, requirements gathering, and testing
• Ability to work across teams, manage priorities, and adapt to changing business needs
• Interest in AI, emerging technologies, and rapid prototyping
• Knowledge of SaaS products, financial systems, accounting workflows, or Sage Intacct is a plus
