Product Specialist

KELTEC is a manufacturing company seeking a Product Management Associate to support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of its product portfolio. The role involves market research, pricing analysis, product documentation, cross-functional coordination, product launches, and maintaining product information across company systems.

What you'll do:

• Assist with product development projects from concept through launch
• Conduct market research and gather competitive product information
• Support product pricing analysis and maintain pricing data
• Help collect and organize customer feedback, market trends, and product performance data
• Coordinate product-related projects and track progress across departments
• Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, specifications, and marketing materials
• Work with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure product information is accurate and up to date
• Support product launches by coordinating information across internal teams
• Help develop training materials and product resources for customer service and sales teams
• Maintain product information on the company website and internal systems
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and occasionally customers to gather product insights
• Perform other duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• • Internship, co-op, project work, or 0-2 years of professional experience preferred
• • Strong organizational and time management skills
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
• • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• • Eagerness to learn and develop product management skills in a manufacturing environment
• Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting, including communicating verbally, using a computer, and reviewing technical information
• The position requires sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
• • Internship or work experience in manufacturing, product management, marketing, engineering, or a related field
• • Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, or data analysis software
