Product Strategist Project Intern (Advertisement Team) - 2026 Start (MBA)

TikTok is a short-form mobile video platform committed to inspiring creativity and bringing joy. The Product Strategist Project Intern will support global monetization strategy initiatives through market research, product analysis, data interpretation, and competitive analysis. The role will generate research insights and recommendations to inform product positioning, feature prioritization, go-to-market, and content strategy decisions.

What you'll do:

• Support strategic initiatives for global markets through desk research, product analysis, and data interpretation
• Conduct competitive and market landscape analysis, and contribute to the development of product and go-to-market strategies
• Compile industry and thematic research reports with clear, data-driven conclusions and recommendations
• Track industry trends, user behavior, and content ecosystems on a regular basis to identify emerging opportunities or risks
• Deliver research insights to inform product positioning, feature prioritization, and content strategy decisions

What they're looking for:

• Currently pursuing a MBA degree
• Solid understanding of basic industry research methodologies and strong logical thinking skills
• Highly self-motivated, responsible, and passionate about internet products, with a strong sense of curiosity
• Strong data analysis skills
• Prior internship experience in internet strategy, investment, or related fields
• Experience working with a global team
• Proficiency in Thinkcell and data platforms such as App Annie, QuestMobile, and Wind
