Product Support Intern

Arthrex, Inc. is a global medical device company and a leader in new product development and medical education in orthopedics. The Product Support Intern will support the Synergy Integration Product team through testing, troubleshooting, product documentation, product training, and special projects throughout the product release lifecycle.

What you'll do:

• Create and manage Change Requests (CRs) and Change Notifications (CNs) in Windchill, ensuring all required product information is accurately identified and documented
• Identify products and gather, organize, and maintain product specifications and technical documentation
• Collaborate with the Service team to develop and support service plans, procedures, and related documentation
• Develop and maintain internal business instructions, work processes, and procedural documents
• Create and deliver product training materials and educational resources for internal stakeholders
• Assist in the development of product playbooks, sales support materials, brochures, and other marketing collateral

What they're looking for:

• The ideal candidate will have the availability to work at least 20 hours per week at our Fort Myers, FL facility
• Progress towards a college degree required
• A college sophomore or above required
• (Recent graduates must be within six months of their graduation date to qualify.)
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Be able to follow written and verbal direction
• Strong organizational and time management skills required
• PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner
• Preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or Business
• Experience with project management tools preferred
