Production Assistant Intern - Student Employment

North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is seeking a Production Assistant Intern. The role involves assisting in a variety of tasks related to content creation, including pre-production, camera, lighting, sound, editing, post-production, and delivery.

What you'll do:

• Assist in preparing and setting up equipment for shoots
• Operate production equipment when assigned
• Aid in monitoring shoot schedules and shot lists
• Transfer and log files
• Archive files at the completion of projects
• Help maintain and organize equipment
• Other production duties as assigned

What they're looking for:

• MUST BE A STUDENT AT SAINT XAVIER UNIVERSITY
• Must be Federal Work Study Eligible
• Must Include a Resume and Cover Letter
• Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently
• Able to identify, diagnose, and resolve problems in a range of production environments and communicate the problem and suggest a resolution
• Passion for photo/video content creation
• Must be able to communicate professionally
• A basic understanding of production concepts and software is preferred, but not required
