Production Internship - Malaga 2026

Grimmway Produce Group is offering a paid Production Internship for currently enrolled undergraduate students. The intern will gain exposure to production department functions, assist production managers, review quality-assurance documentation, track production metrics, support continuous-improvement audits, and provide administrative and operational support.

What you'll do:

• Internship will provide an overview to the various Production Department’s function and basic day to day job responsibilities providing students an exploratory environment in the early stages of their career development
• Work may require team and independent tasks
• Assist with reviewing and verifying QA sign-off documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures
• Assist production managers
• Support continuous improvement audits by gathering information, documenting observations, tracking findings, and identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Track production metrics: output, downtime, efficiency, etc
• Provide backup administrative support to the production team, including documentation, data entry, reporting, and other day-to-day operational needs

What they're looking for:

• Qualified to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship needed
• Actively enrolled full-time college student with a relevant degree or concentration
• Full time status is 12 or more credit hours
• Must have an undergraduate classification
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
• Ability to occasionally move about inside the office and food processing facilities
• Capable of working in hot and cold environments (working temperatures as hot as 100° to 105° F and as cold as -20° F to 32° F); must be able to work in a high noise area
