Altra Homecare of South Bend is hiring a Professional Healthcare Recruiter to source and interview candidates, match them with current needs, and support caregivers and clients. The role also manages schedules, delivers customer service, and shares on-call responsibilities.

What you'll do:

• Find quality candidates through a variety of recruiting and sourcing methods
• Interview qualified candidates to match them with our current needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers, clients, co-workers, and healthcare professionals
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage schedules for clients and caregivers
• Collaborate with your teammates to succeed on every front
• Share rotating on-call responsibilities with the team
• Take on other tasks as needed
