Project Accountant

RallyX is a management company that operates businesses across health care, construction, and fleet repair services. The Project Accountant will support the accounting division with routine financial and administrative functions, including invoice entry, accounts processing, record maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.

What you'll do:

• Enter invoices, receipts, and basic financial data into our accounting systems
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Organize and maintain financial records and documentation
• Assist in reconciling vendor statements and flag discrepancies for review
• Support month-end close with basic journal entry preparation and documentation
• Communicate with internal teams to gather required paperwork and approvals
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department

What they're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of office, administrative, or accounting support experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Willingness to learn accounting systems and processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work onsite in our office
• Additional education or certification in office administration or accounting is a plus
