Project Accountant

Horrocks is a company with a long-standing history of delivering exceptional infrastructure solutions. They are seeking a Project Accountant to work with a forward-thinking accounting team, providing support in project cost accounting, invoicing, and financial project success.

What you'll do:

• Project cost accounting (assist with project setup, verification, and reports)
• Ensure invoicing requirements are met by deadlines
• Help project managers achieve financially successful projects
• Support project audits
• Review and enter subconsultant invoices
• Analyze and report accounts receivable status and collection
• Assist team with process improvements
• Other accounting related duties as assigned
• Proficiency in MS Office, 10-key by touch
• Thorough understanding of general ledger accounting practices
• Outstanding attention to detail, proactive follow-up
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or demonstrated proven equivalent experience)
