Prepare clear, concise written and verbal communications, including project plans, status updates, executive summaries, and program documentation.
- Influence & Executive Alignment: Present recommendations and project updates to leaders up to two organizational levels above. Influence decision-making without direct authority while building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups and maintaining momentum on strategic initiatives.
- Data Analysis & Decision Support: Gather, analyze, and interpret operational data to measure program performance, evaluate business impact, and support data-driven decision-making. Use insights to identify opportunities for operational improvements and optimize program outcomes.
