About this role
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Food, or related Engineering; 5+ years progressive experience in commercial bakery or thermal food manufacturing; Lean/Six Sigma certification; knowledge of dough rheology, fermentation, baking science, moisture control; experience with high-speed automated lines, capital projects, GMPs, HACCP, PLC systems (Allen Bradley preferred).
