About this role
Arrowstreet Capital is a systematic investment firm that manages global equity portfolios for institutional investors. The IT Project Management Co-Op provides operational and administrative support to the IT Project Management Office by coordinating project governance, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication, and supporting reporting. The role also administers firm-wide learning platform licenses and user access.
What you'll do:
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums
- Develop meeting agendas in partnership with project managers and key stakeholders
- Attend project meetings, document detailed meeting minutes, and distribute action items in a timely manner
- Track action items, decisions, risks, and dependencies, following up with project team members to ensure timely completion
- Collect project status updates from project managers and team members for weekly and monthly status reporting
- Assist is preparing project dashboards, executive reports, and presentation materials
- Maintain project documentation and artifacts in Confluence
- Support project managers with administrative tasks, including document management, scheduling, and communications
- Ensure project documentation is current, organized, and complies with PMO standards
- Assist with additional project coordination and administrative activities as assigned
- Administer IT learning platform user licenses and access
- Monitor and manage incoming requests for new licenses, license changes, and license revocations
What they're looking for:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Slack
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-past environment while meeting deadlines
- Strong follow-up and accountability
- Experience using Jira and Confluence preferred
