About this role

Panasonic Connect North America is offering an internship opportunity for individuals interested in project management. Interns will gain hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, and delivery while supporting experienced project managers with various tasks.

What you'll do:

  • Schedules project meetings, prepares agendas, and keeps discussions focused and on time
  • Supports Business Transformation and New Business Development meetings, following the conversation closely enough to capture key points
  • Ensures decisions, owners, and next steps are clear before each meeting closes
  • Drafts and distributes concise meeting recaps covering decisions, action items, and owners
  • Documents project status, workflows, and discussion topics in clear, plain language
  • Maintains a project issues log and flags items needing user or follow-up
  • Maintains and updates project trackers, timelines, and data in Microsoft Excel
  • Builds and refines PowerPoint materials to communicate progress and status
  • Provides day-to-day administrative support to the Business Transformation & New Business Development teams
  • Engages and follows up with people at all levels to keep deliverables on schedule
  • Learning how projects move from request to delivery, including Agile and new product launch processes
  • Develops professional communication, coordination, and critical-thinking skills

  • College undergraduate or graduate student matriculated in an active college/university focusing on Business, Mathematics, Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-motivated and reliable
  • Eager to learn new processes and tools
  • Able to question and be innovative to problem solve
  • Comfortable engaging with people across different teams and seniority levels
  • Clear written and verbal communication – can turn complex data into easily understandable information
  • Junior or Senior class member preferred
