Project Manager - Fully Remote | Upto $110/hr

Mercor connects creative and technical talent with AI research labs and is seeking project management specialists for a contract engagement. The role evaluates AI-generated project plans, reports, communications, and project management scenarios, provides expert feedback, and collaborates with AI research teams to improve model performance.

What you'll do:

• Evaluate AI-generated project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications for quality and accuracy
• Compare AI-generated responses based on planning rigor, execution feasibility, and stakeholder relevance
• Review project management scenarios involving schedule, budget, staffing, and procurement decisions. Provide expert feedback
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve AI model performance and outputs
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI system evaluation

What they're looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in project management roles
• Experience coordinating schedules, timelines, procurement, staffing, and budgets across technical or cross-functional projects
• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week
• Strong written English communication skills
