About this role

Meta's Content Integrity Operations Team works to protect people across Meta's platforms by building scalable, effective systems to detect and address integrity issues in organic content. The Organic Content Integrity Operations team sits at the intersection of policy, technology, and human review, tackling some of the most complex and sensitive content challenges on the internet. We are looking for a project manager who can help drive operational excellence in organic content integrity enforcement, partner closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building systems that keep our communities safe at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day organic content integrity operations by tracking project milestones, identifying blockers, and coordinating across enforcement, policy, and product teams
  • Assist in diagnosing enforcement gaps and quality issues by analyzing operational data and escalation patterns to surface actionable insights
  • Help build and maintain feedback loops between content review operations and upstream detection and policy enforcement systems
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Trust and Safety, Data Science, Engineering, Legal, and Policy stakeholders
  • Document operational workflows, decision frameworks, and process changes to support consistency and scalability across organic content integrity enforcement programs
  • Contribute to the development and testing of tooling improvements that support content reviewers and enforcement accuracy
  • Analyze trends in organic content integrity violations and adversarial tactics to inform operational prioritization and escalation protocols
  • Support the implementation of AI-assisted enforcement solutions, including evaluating output quality and flagging edge cases for policy review
  • Prepare clear written summaries, status updates, and project documentation for a range of audiences including operations leads and technical partners
  • This role requires exposure to potentially graphic and objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio, offensive or derogatory language, and other potentially objectionable material such as graphic violence, self-injury, and other content that may be considered disturbing

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, trust and safety, management consulting, or an equivalent environment
  • Experience managing or contributing to cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Experience working on ambiguous problems that require structured thinking, situational analysis, and clear written communication
  • Experience communicating findings and project updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Willingness to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content as part of organic content integrity enforcement operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in speech problems, trust and safety, or content moderation at scale
  • Familiarity with content moderation, trust and safety operations, or organic content integrity enforcement at scale
  • Familiarity with generative AI products, LLM applications, or AI-assisted content enforcement workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into operational workflows to drive measurable efficiency or quality improvements
  • Experience using data analysis tools such as SQL or Python to investigate operational trends and support decision-making
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)

Compensation

  • $79,997/year - $116,000/year; Country: US; Bonus eligible; Equity eligible
