Project Specialist (20730)

The Project Specialist is responsible for scheduling both internal and external work from receipt of product to completion. The Project Specialist ensures equipment is delivered on time and according to operational demands. 

• Plan maintenance activities for designated location.
• Plan and confirm priorities with the TLM Maintenance Manager and Supervisor.
• Manage equipment receiving process, which includes identifying equipment that arrives on the yard and assessing the equipment according to maintenance requirements. 
• Create shop failures or deficiency reports for deficiencies found on equipment upon arrival. 
• Open repair work orders and enter information to document equipment scheduled for service.  
• Organize equipment in the appropriate queues depending on priorities needs.
• Clearly route manufacturing orders in accordance with sales order requirements.  
• Assist in annual inventory count. 
• Initiate and follow through with Continuous Improvement projects. 
• Perform all tasks in the safest manner possible to ensure that there is no damage to the equipment or personnel. 
• Follow all HSE and Quality processes.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
