Responsibilities - What you’ll do

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct court-ordered evaluations regarding competency to proceed, competency restoration, criminal responsibility, and occasionally sexually violent predator evaluations, and work toward becoming a Certified Forensic Examiner.
  • Completes timely reports written to the Courts.
  • Conduct psychological testing to answer referral questions as needed.
  • Provide oral testimony to the Court, when required.
  • Provide supervision to psychology trainees.

·       Performs other related work as assigned. 

·       Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance (remote hybrid flexibility).

Qualifications - All you need for success

Minimum Qualifications

   Doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or forensic psychology.

·       Currently a licensed psychologist for the state of Missouri or license eligible. 

Preferred Qualifications

·       Previous experience with severe and persistent mental illness, neurocognitive disorders, and intellectual disabilities.(1+ year)

·       Previous experience (1+ year) conducting forensic evaluations.

Lack of post‐secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
