Camaco LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support its HR department. The part-time role focuses on employee relations, personnel file management, employee onboarding, interviewing, and general HR administration during weekend and evening shifts.
What you'll do:
- Provide HR support on weekend and evening shifts
- Audit and organize employee personnel files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Create and maintain electronic personnel records
- Scan, upload, and properly file HR documents
- Assist with hourly employee interviewing
- Support new hire orientation for hourly employees
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HR record-keeping requirements
- Assist with general HR administrative duties as needed
