Job Summary:  Plans, organizes, and coordinates the day-to-day activities of the Public Works, Public Utilities and Cemetery Departments; including property, plant, and equipment maintenance, garbage and recycling, storm and sanitary sewers. Work with related civic groups.  Attends Council and/or Committee meetings as required.
