General Qualifications
Requirements vary by position. Candidates may be required to have:
- A valid New York State Security Guard License for applicable security positions
- Required training and certifications based on the position
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Availability that meets the scheduling requirements of the position
FLSD opportunities require the appropriate New York City Fire & Life Safety Director credentials and qualifications.
