About this role

As a Quality Audit Representative, you’ll monitor, review, and evaluate the quality of service provided by our team and external partners to ensure they meet our high standards. You’ll also play a crucial part in improving processes by offering coaching and feedback to correct areas of non-compliance.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Compensation (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications): 
    • Quality Audit Representative: $23.25 - $26.00 per hour, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Sr. Quality Audit Representative: $28.75 - $32.00 per hour, plus annual bonus opportunity.
    • Quality Audit Specialist: $68,000 - $69,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Monitor, review and/or evaluate the quality of service provided by department staff to measure service quality and identify non-conformance while maintaining production and time service goals. On a regular basis, provide regular coaching and feedback to individual staff.
  • Prepare reports of quality results for use by management in evaluating performance or developing training. Maintains confidentiality in the collection, maintenance and dissemination of restricted, sensitive or other information as identified by management.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with personnel at all levels of the Company to assure the successful implementation and delivery of programs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Demonstrated work experience within Workplace Solutions operations teams is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with coaching, mentoring, and providing effective feedback.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong Customer Service skills and ability to work effectively with others through effective verbal and written communication.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration and flexibility with strong analytical ability, sound judgment and math aptitude.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable laws and regulations and the ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
  • Good oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate instructions and information to other associates.
  • You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
