Forensic Treatment Center - South Campus, 5300 Arsenal Street, St. Louis, MO 63139
Scheduled Hours: 0730-1600 (Saturday/Sunday Off) Work Area: Administration
St. Louis Forensic Treatment Center provides specialized care for clients diagnosed with mental illness. Quality Management is looking for a detailed oriented Administrative Support Assistant to support the Quality Management department.
Responsibilities:
Duties Include but not exclusive to
- Minutes for the morning incident report meeting
- Assists with entries of incident reports into the electronic collection system
- Assists with entries of special procedure paperwork to electronic collection system
- Schedules appointments for QM department
- Minutes for Quality Council
- Keeps Quality Council binder up-to-date
- Keeps Infection Control binder up-to-date
- Minutes for root cause analysis
- Assists the director and assistant director to set-up meetings
- Provides back-up to leadership administrative team
- Orders supplies for the team
- Scanning for the medical records department
- Clerical duties for the medical records department
- Data entry tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Eligibility:
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- No disciplinary action within last 12 months (current State of Missouri applicants)
