We are looking for a Real Estate Analyst in San Francisco, CA.
Essential Functions:
- Performs cash flow and tax return analysis. Monitors ongoing compliance with financial covenants and initiates appropriate remedies for non-compliance.
- Assists with loan portfolio reporting and preparation of credit presentations according to bank's policy and guidelines.
- Conducts industry research.
- Conducts credit investigations and analyses.
- Analyzes financial statements and related material to determine financial conditions and trends.
- Prepares summaries, presents facts, and offers opinions concerning credit-worthiness.
- Provides credit information and references for customers, loan officers, or other agencies as requested.
- Ensures that all credit files include proper documentation including current financial statements, agency reports, etc.
- Maintains control over current accounts, noting payment progress, watching for any developing problems, and keeping loan officers informed.
- Writes credit memorandums.
- May accompany lenders on business calls, conduct industry research and assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Finance or related field and six months business experience.
- Limited use and/or application of basic real estate credit concepts.
- Basic knowledge of financial statements and general analysis gained through college coursework.
- Basic PC skills.

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $93,000 - $110,000 depending on job-related factors such as level of experience.
