Real Estate Broker Recruiter

Prospect Equities is an INC 500 company known for its innovative brokerage model. They are seeking a motivated Recruiter with real estate brokerage experience to help expand their roster of agents, utilizing proven recruiting methods and aligning with the company's recruiting strategy.

What you'll do:

• Manage advertising and job board platforms to ensure a consistent applicant pipeline
• Manages the full recruiting lifecycle to include resume review, phone screen, and new employee onboarding
• Utilizes applicant tracking system to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and applicant files and proper disposition of candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess skill and cultural fit and present qualified candidates to management
• Contact warm leads daily that are provided by our marketing department
• Positively promote the Prospect Equities brand at all times

What they're looking for:

• Chicagoland real estate brokerage experience
• Currently licensed as a broker
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
