Real Estate Capital Markets Analyst - Capital Markets Analyst Program

Zions Bancorporation is a financial services company operating through local banks and management teams in high-growth western markets. The Real Estate Capital Markets Analyst will support senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle, including origination, credit, underwriting, legal due diligence, structuring, securitization, and capital markets, as part of a two-year analyst program.

What you'll do:

• Analysts will immediately take an active role within their team (while completing a formal training program), working alongside seasoned banking professionals to successfully meet the needs of our clients
• This role will be critical in supporting senior members through the entire transaction lifecycle - across origination, credit, underwriting, legal due diligence, structuring, securitization and capital markets

What they're looking for:

• Completed BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, and/or related majors, with a scheduled graduation prior to the annual June 7th start date
• Overall GPA of 3.5 or above
• Strong interest in finance and capital markets
• High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement
• Proven analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working with peers at all levels, ranging from fellow analysts through Managing Directors
• Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
