Real Estate Investment Banking 2027 Summer Analyst – New York, NY

JLL is a global provider of real estate and investment management services. The company is seeking a Summer Analyst to support its Real Estate Investment Banking practice through financial modeling, valuation, transaction execution, research, due diligence, and client and investor interaction.

What you'll do:

• Undertaking valuation analyses and financial modeling exercises alongside full-time analysts and associates
• Assisting deal teams in the preparation of memoranda, presentation materials, and marketing materials
• Managing multiple aspects of day-to-day transaction execution
• Reviewing and analyzing public company filings, legal documents, internal & third-party data / research and other materials as part of the transaction process
• Interacting with clients, investors and broader JLL team members

What they're looking for:

• Current college/university junior, graduating in Spring 2028, with a minimum 3.5 GPA
• Corporate finance/accounting and/or real estate experience through college coursework
• Demonstrated interest in the real estate sector, M&A transaction activity and global capital markets
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to be an independent worker with a team player attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of handling several tasks simultaneously
• Permanent US work authorization required
