Description
Dakota Radiology is looking for friendly patient focused individual to work in our fast-paced Outpatient Imaging Center.

Requirements
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent customer service
Preferred
- Prior Sectra experience
- Prior EPIC experience
Summary
- Greet guests in the clinic
- Admit and Check-in patients for their imaging exams
- Enter patient information in the EMR (demographics, insurance verification, etc.)
- Answer high volume telephone
- Manage compliance obligations for Patient Privacy
- Locate and upload prior studies for comparison
- Fulfilling requests for records & images
