Recruiter, Associate

Infor is a global provider of business cloud software products for industry-specific markets. The Associate Recruiter will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant tracking system records, and contributing to employer branding while delivering a positive candidate experience.

What you'll do:

• Support full-cycle recruitment processes for early-career and professional-level roles, partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners
• Assist with sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and social media platforms
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communications between candidates and hiring teams
• Manage and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance
• Contribute to employer branding efforts by participating in recruitment marketing initiatives and career events
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by communicating clearly, professionally, and consistently throughout the hiring process
• Provide administrative and operational support to the broader Talent Acquisition team as needed

What they're looking for:

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (such as Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience using applicant tracking systems (such as Avature, Workday, or iCIMS)
• Previous experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience working with Early Talent hiring
• Experience in technical recruiting
