Recruiter

Aru Labs is seeking a Recruiter to support the company’s growth by attracting, identifying, and hiring qualified candidates. The role owns recruitment activities from sourcing through offer, including screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, pipeline management, hiring metrics, and employer branding support.

What you'll do:

• Own the recruitment process from sourcing to offer
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, and other channels
• Review applications and shortlist qualified candidates
• Conduct initial screening calls
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage candidate communication and follow-ups
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Write and improve job descriptions
• Track recruitment activity and hiring metrics
• Help improve the overall candidate experience
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements
