Recruiter

City Wide Facility Solutions is a fast-growing company with over 120 franchise locations across the United States and Canada. As a Recruiter, you will oversee the program to recruit and onboard independent contractors for janitorial and other services, managing all recruiting activities to ensure a consistent flow of candidates.

What you'll do:

• Hire new ICs to services City Wide’s janitorial and non-janitorial service accounts
• Manage all IC recruiting activities – online postings, e-mail advertising, direct mail advertising, and social media activities to ensure a consistent flow of new Independent Contractors candidates
• Conduct the initial vetting/screening of all prospective Independent Contractors in a virtual setting
• Enter and maintain Independent Contractors’ records in CRM
• Set up Operations team with potential independent contractors to ensure they meet the requirements and qualifications for scope of work at City Wide

What they're looking for:

• High School Diploma
• A self-starter with attention to detail and follow-up
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of Customer Relation Management (CRM)
• Proficient with using social media to promote/recruit new business or independent contractors
• Prior recruiting, or similar experience, highly desired
