Recruiter

Product Connections, part of Acosta Group, is a marketing agency focused on connecting products with consumers through retail and shopper marketing solutions. The Recruiter will source and engage candidates, conduct screenings, manage the candidate experience, collaborate with hiring managers, and support recruiting initiatives in a high-volume environment.

What you'll do:

• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates using various recruiting channels
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and passive candidate outreach
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
• Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruiting initiatives
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain required documentation
• Support special projects and other talent acquisition initiatives as assigned

• Recruiting, sales, customer service, or staffing experience is helpful but not required
