Recruiter

D1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes. They are seeking a high-energy Recruiter to join their team, responsible for making calls, booking trials, and selling D1 products and services.

What you'll do:

• Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
• Nurturing leads through the sales process
• Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly
• Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals

What they're looking for:

• Must be a high-energy individual
• Must have 1+ years in sales
• Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry
