Recruiter

Fairway Lawns and Command Pest Control is a lawncare, pest control, and irrigation company seeking an energetic and ambitious Recruiter. The role manages the full recruiting process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer negotiation while building relationships with applicants and business leaders.

What you'll do:

• Sourcing and reaching out to candidates through multiple sources (job boards, networking, inbound applications)
• Phone screening and interviewing applicants to assess a match to our openings
• Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to set up and schedule interviews
• Providing transparency to candidates regarding pay, benefits, job duties etc
• Extending and negotiating offers

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with candidates and hiring managers
• Being personable and able to build relationships is crucial
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously
• The ability to make informed decisions about candidate suitability
• Ability to address and resolve issues that arise during the recruitment process
• 1+ years of experience as a Recruiter
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Time management / planning skills
