Recruiter

GH Logistics is a freight brokerage and asset-based trucking company based in Memphis. The Recruiter will manage high-volume talent acquisition, particularly CDL driver recruiting, by sourcing candidates, conducting outbound outreach, screening applicants, coordinating next steps, and maintaining recruiting records. The role also supports hiring events, community outreach, and local workforce engagement in Memphis.

What you'll do:

• Making outbound calls
• Following up relentlessly
• Re-engaging inactive candidates
• Driving urgency through every stage of the process
• Maintaining strong pipeline movement at all times
• High daily outbound call activity
• Consistent candidate follow-up
• Accurate and thorough candidate documentation at every stage
• Honest, direct communication with every candidate — no overselling, no vague answers
• Fast movement on qualified candidates
• Quick and respectful disqualification when a candidate is not the right fit
• Strong daily urgency and personal accountability

• * 1+ year in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume outbound calling
• * Driver recruiting, logistics hiring, or office/ops staffing experience
• * Knowledge of the Memphis labor market
• * Experience working against daily activity metrics
