Recruiter

Infosys is a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting. They are looking for motivated early-career talent to join their Talent Acquisition team as Entry-Level Recruiters, focusing on supporting end-to-end recruitment activities and delivering a positive hiring experience.

What you'll do:

• Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up
• Source candidates through platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and campus channels
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess basic skills, interest, and role alignment
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panelists; ensure timely scheduling and smooth candidate experience
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
• Support hiring initiatives including career events, group discussions, and engagement activities
• Partner with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and talent needs
• Ensure adherence to hiring processes, SLAs, and compliance requirements

What they're looking for:

• Master's degree - any major (**December 2024 grads-PRESENT only**)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, campus portals)
• Interest in talent acquisition and HR operations
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
