Recruiter

Itero Group is seeking a Full Life Cycle Recruiter to manage recruiting from sourcing through hire. The role partners with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and connect them with qualified candidates.

What you'll do:

• Find exceptional talent: Use research, proactive outreach, and creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage qualified candidates
• Create compelling job posts: Turn hiring needs into clear, engaging opportunities that attract the right people
• Build lasting relationships: Network with candidates and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future openings
• Partner with hiring managers: Develop targeted sourcing strategies and keep the recruiting process moving
• Deliver a strong candidate experience: Communicate clearly, follow through, and provide attentive service throughout the hiring process

What they're looking for:

• 1–3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
• Strong research and sourcing skills, with the persistence to find talent beyond incoming applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and the ability to prioritize competing needs
• A sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service
