Recruiter

Lunch Bunch provides culinary enrichment programming that teaches children about healthy eating, cooking, entrepreneurship, STEM, health, fitness, and world history. The Recruiter will recruit culinary enrichment teachers and support staff, manage candidate pipelines and interviews, verify role-specific qualifications and compliance documentation, and support HR and onboarding activities.

What you'll do:

• Utilize creative strategies to network, search for and identify suitable candidates for teaching and school-related positions
• Review candidate pipeline
• Schedule interviews
• Ensure all employees meet the qualifications and compliance requirements of their assigned roles, including submission of required documentation such as TB test results, valid ServSafe certification, Live Scan background clearance, and any other role-specific credentials
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process
• Coordinate interviews with internal team & manage the recruitment process
• Prioritize job orders based on educational needs and submission deadlines for optimal success
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience
• Work with a sense of urgency and dedication to achieve objectives
• Assist HR and various Departments with projects
