Recruiter

Range is building AI-powered wealth management products. The Recruiter supports full-cycle hiring across technical and go-to-market teams, partnering with hiring managers and improving recruiting processes as the company scales.

What you'll do:

• Support full-cycle recruiting for technical and business roles—from sourcing through offer
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assist in designing interview processes, and meet hiring goals
• Source and engage talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategies
• Contribute to improving recruiting process, tooling, and reporting for all hiring functions
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience with clear communication and thoughtful engagement at every stage
• Build relationships with hiring managers and team members
• Collaborate with and learn from more tenured recruiters and recruiting leadership

What they're looking for:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting, supporting technical and/or business roles (e.g., engineering, product, go-to-market, operations, finance, or corporate functions)
• Familiarity with sourcing candidates and basic recruiting processes
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience with recruiting tools and platforms (ATS, sourcing tools, reporting) is a plus
• Startup or high-growth company experience preferred, but not required
