Recruiter

STAAR Surgical is seeking a Recruiter to support its talent acquisition and human resources operations. The role partners with hiring managers, manages recruiting processes and vendors, supports compliance reporting, and owns the new hire onboarding process.

What you'll do:

• Partner closely with hiring managers to provide talent acquisition support and ensure a high level of data accuracy and metrics for talent analytics/reporting and candidate records
• Focus on and drive affirmative action (OFCCP) hiring goals, as necessary
• Manage requisition process in applicant tracking system
• Post job openings on internal and external job boards
• Source candidates from applicant tracking system and external candidate database
• Partner with local and community resources such as colleges and training institutions to recruit their students/graduates
• Seek out and represent STAAR at pertinent job fairs as needed
• Work closely with all cross-functional partners in HR to stay up to date on any changing processes, tools, or regulations
• Provide positive candidate, hiring manager and any other internal/external customer experiences
• Provide oversight of employee referral program and process
• Support audit and provide reporting related to talent acquisition activities
• Support affirmative action reporting and government census reporting

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in HR Management, Business, or related
