Recruiter

Surf Internet is seeking a Recruiter to attract, source, and hire talent in support of organizational workforce needs and business objectives. The role manages the full-cycle recruiting process, partners with hiring managers, develops talent pipelines, supports onboarding, and promotes a positive candidate experience and employer brand.

What you'll do:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer preparation, and onboarding support
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, position requirements, and recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking events, career fairs, and other recruiting channels
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and culture fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Create and post job advertisements that effectively market employment opportunities
• Track and maintain candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Prepare offer letters and facilitate pre-employment processes including background checks, references, and onboarding documentation
• Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, and hiring manager satisfaction

What they're looking for:

• • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws
• • Experience using HRIS/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
• • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• • Strong organizational and time-management skills
• • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• • Customer-service mindset with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience
• • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
• • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• • Minimum one year of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or Human Resources experience preferred
• Paycom experience preferred
