Recruiter - Entry Level

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to support its day-to-day recruiting operations. The role focuses on coordinating interviews, communicating with candidates, maintaining job postings and applicant records, assisting with screening and offers, and partnering with hiring leaders to improve the recruiting process.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews, including scheduling with candidates and hiring leaders across multiple calendars
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process to provide updates, confirmations, and a great overall experience
• Post and maintain job openings across approved platforms
• Review resumes and assist with initial candidate outreach and screening as needed
• Support administrative tasks throughout the hiring process
• Help track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Partner with hiring leaders to ensure interview logistics run smoothly
• Assist with offer coordination and pre-employment steps
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruiting processes
